London: David Bogue, 1853. 64, [24 ad's] pages. Illustrated with a fine hand-coloured folding frontispiece, and six plain plates by Cruikshank, plus many other engravings. Original orange cloth, gilt. Bookplate of the Duke of Leeds to front fixed endpaper, and his name written on the upper cover. The title and some of the smaller cuts have been coloured by a child, but the frontispiece, "The Rights of Women or the Effects of Female Enfranchisement," is pristine. This was the last of Cruikshank's almanacks, which began publication in 1835.
