THE ENGLISH ARCHER; or, Robert Earl of Huntingdon: vulgarly called Robin Hood. Containing thirty-two songs. To which is prefixed, a preface, giving a more full and particular Account of his Birth, &c. than any hitherto published. Adorned with cuts.

Dublin: William Jones, No date [circa 1795]. 144 pages. The first leaf, which is a wood-engraved frontispiece with text above and below, is laid down, acting as a pastedown. Illustrated with small oblong woodcuts throughout. Original full sheep sometime re-backed with a red spine label. The title is cropped at the top with the loss of 'The' from the title, the fore-edges of the title and the following leaf are trimmed very close with slight loss to the first or final letter; there is some very light adhesion damage at the inner joint between title and frontispiece, but without any damage to the printed surface; the last leaf has two small holes, but without loss; generally a little tired with some soft creases to corners; else a very good copy of a rare Dublin printing of this popular title.
