Illustrated by George Cruikshank, with a decorated half-title and twenty-four plates. Original pictorial cloth. All edges gilt. 19.5 x 15 cm. Slight wear to boards; narrow line of staining on rear cover; else a very good copy. First published in 1844 [Cohn 192]; this edition not mentioned by Cohn.
