The front free endpaper bears a lengthy inscription from the author to Harold Rogers, and loosely laid in are eight manuscript letters, dating from 1963 and 1964, to Rogers from Jessica Brett Young discussing her husband’s work and various programmes that the BBC are producing; two copies of typed replies from Rogers and some press cuttings; etc.
