A fire becomes kindled by which the Bandits appear warming themselves… the sun sunk beneath the Horizon, the Moon supplies its place, the lights from the distant Convent reflect with trembling motion on the surface of the water; gratifying the Spectator with one of the most perfect and pleasing illusions that can be imagined.
