There is some minor repaired damage to two leaves of text, and a leaf with a small piece missing from the blank margin; there are a few blank corners lost, and some spotting and staining throughout. Else a very good copy of a very rare and early children’s book. Volume one contains six alphabets. ESTC records a copy of 1752 with the second volume dated 1746. Oppenheimer 2292 a later edition.
