Half-title of volume I is a little worn and dust-soiled; bookplate of Gilbert Walter Riversdale Monckton to both volumes. Inscription on the free endpaper of volume I: ‘Gilbert W. Riversdale Monckton from his Grandfather Thomas Colyer-Fergusson 2 June 1941.’ A very good set.
