An edition of 300 copies printed with help from the sale of the Edwin Smith & Olive Cook Library. The front cover is printed with a Christmas greeting and is signed by Denns & Sylvia [Hall ].

London: Hand & Eye Lettepress, 2003. Typeset in Bmbo and Gill Sans. Printed on Mohawk Superfine paper in an edition of 115 copies of which fifteen include a set of six additional prints. Signed and numbered by John Hunter, this being number 8 of 115. Bound in red silk; the additional six prints in a paper folder; both items housed in a silk-covered slipcase. A fine copy of this alphabet.

Oldham: Incline Press, 1996. One hundred and fifty copies have been made and numbered, thirty of which have been hand-coloured by the crew. This is number seventeen. With 16 hand-coloured screen print illustrations. Original pictorial card covers. 193 x 136 mm. Signed by the screen printer, Tony Grimes, and Jane Audas and Graham Moss who were responsible for the letterpress and the binding. Fine/as new.
