No imprint or date, but circa 1810. An engraved sheet, with the counties coloured in outline, cut without Scotland and without sea, mounted on linen and dissected. Contained in the original mahogany box with a mounted hand-coloured title label. Maximum size of dissection: 460 x 460 mm. Box: 200 x 172 x 68 mm. Dissection missing two small lugs; one small worm-hole; bottom of the box split as is so often the case; else very good. Scarce. Not in Hannas. The title label has probably been cut from the original copy of the engraved map.
