The front wrapper bears more information than the title. It refers specifically to the Penrhyn Quarry Dispute, and bears various quotes from Lord Penrhyn and others. Quarto. Paper browned and frail. Blank corner missing from one leaf, but with no loss of text. Spine splitting. Some old tape repairs to lower cover. Wrappers a little worn and soiled. There are some very short tears in the blank margins of a few leaves. Very scarce.
