Contemporary half morocco over marbled boards, gilt. Boards and extremities rubbed and corners bumped with some loss of leather and marbling. Reinforcement to the tipped-in maps at the back of Vol' I all of which are slightly torn at the hinge. Occasional ink annotations and the name of a previous owner on front free end-paper. Two signatures stand a little proud in Vol' I and a little yellowing to the initial pages, else very good copies.
