Bindings bumped at the extremities, head and tail pulled with slight damage; Vol' I is split down the lower join of the spine, and horizontally across the spine with no loss. Some old dampstains. Vol I slightly cocked. Vols II and II some slight cracking at inner hinges; spotting to frontispieces and some illustrations and offset discolouration to tissue guards. Name of previous owner on front free end-paper. Small book-binder's label on end paste-down. Very good copies nevertheless that would benefit from some restoration.
