Recently rebound sympathetically in full panelled calf with four raised bands to spine and no title. All edges stained red. 16 mo. Binding and text in very fine condition with close cropping occasionally affecting the running title. Names in old hand in ink on recto and verso of title-page. To the front of the title-page are bound in one cropped page and two whole pages of manuscript in Latin giving brief biographies of Aelianus, Gallo and Gesnero. A very good copy.This Lyon edition is unrecorded by Copac.
