The views are: 'East Grinstead Church, Sussex,' 'North Front of Stone House, near East Grinstead, Sussex,' 'View of the Farm House, Out Buildings, &c.' 'View of the Bridge across the Canal, and the Bath in the Pleasure Grounds of Stone house.' 'View of Bethesda School the West Lodge, and Cottage of Stone house.' The views are by C. Burton; printed by P. Simonau. Quarto. Simply stitched as issued. Some turning on corners; and slight wear and soling to outer margins; else very good.The lithographed upper cover has substantial manuscript alterations and additions. The printed county 'Surrey' has been changed to Sussex. The original imprint: Surrey Lithographic Company, Blackfriars Road, has been inked through and replaced with the manuscript name and address noted above. In addition there are manuscript details of costings for takings views &c.
