Title of Volume I inscribed: ‘Edwd Knocker Esq with Alfred Dunkin’s Compts.’ Half-title of volume II inscribed: ‘Edward Knocker Esq with Alfred John Dunkin’s Compts.’ Lack half-title to volume I, and the title-page is foxed. Map strengthened at joint, and with a short tear. The two volumes bound as one in contemporary half- calf over marbled boards. Binding rubbed and worn; bookplate; but a good part set, a third volume being published in 1877. Very scarce.
