Original full colour art work for a comic-strip for PIPPIN comic, 22nd September 1983. Pippin was a UK children's comic, published by Polystyle Publications between 24.09.1966 and 26.09.1986, featuring characters from British pre-school television programmes. Stories were generally of four or eight numbered panels, with a short sentence below each illustration. Peter Firmin, together with Oliver Postgate, created some of children's television most-loved and rightly famous characters, Noggin the Nog, Clangers, Bagpuss and Ivor The Engine.
